Decide Don’t Dwell is my attempt to make the world a little better than I found it by helping people become great decision-makers. Making decisions is something we all do, just not that well which is tragic since the experience and the quality of our life is directly linked to how good we are at making decisions.

Making great decisions has the potential to unlock incredible positive impact over the course of an individual life and can be applied with equal effectiveness to our personal and professional lives. Those decisions from all of our lives added up is the reality we share together.

About AbdulAziz

My career has been defined by making decisions in complex, fast-moving situations. From my time at McKinsey & Company where I was collaborating with executives to navigate dynamic business issues to investing on behalf of a multi-billion dollar pension plan as an investment manager. All of my professional experience has oriented around brining order and clarity to those complex, ambiguous, and ambitious decisions. I also studied how professional and personal decisions are made while attending Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
